Our Bank of Hours system enables customers to purchase blocks of engineering time in advance at a discounted rate from our normal call out charges. Banks of hours can be purchased in multiples of 5 hours.

They can be used for:

• Any Engineering/IT work as required
• Software fixes/installations/upgrades/patches
• Bespoke IT work e.g. Programming, system set ups, ad-hoc training etc.

Note: Unused Bank of Hours have no expiry date.
